Yeah this feels really fucking uncomfortable, but the guy is also probably completely oblivious to his social awkwardness (anxiety). I think name-calling or bullying would probably invoke unfavorable results, you should probably work on how you process it, maybe admire how he likes taking pics of his cutiepie during class.
