november was our best month:
- creators sold $488k of content
- protocol issued $395k of incentives
- protocol bought back $254k of coins across 44k programmatic transactions
hit 2 of 3 priorities for 2025:
1. own more of the demand side (yes)
2. build an incentive issuance and buyback engine (yes, early)
3. grow unique collectors 10% using traditional creator audiences (no)
first two done before year's end. still iterating on the third.
the challenge: creators want to promote on their traditional socials, but ETH onboarding blocks conversion. we shipped fiat onramps with KYC and it worked, but it's clunky. replacing ETH with USDC as the site's currency is now a Q1 priority.
we're a small team. can't invest in abstracted onboarding APIs or a mobile app the way we'd like, though i'm taking a stab at mobile in Q1 using Opus.
two weeks left in the year, then Season 3 wraps.
