There's nothing quite like starting the day with a good workout on the beach volleyball court. The sand beneath my feet, the sound of the waves crashing in the background - it's pure bliss. Staying active is key for me, both on and off the court. Whether I'm coaching my team or working on building eco-friendly homes, staying fit and healthy is always a top priority.
