I guess in the end, ownership of our assets wasn’t what we wanted from blockchains.
In the end, it was only about being able to stake equity for a future me to own.
Outside of that, blockchains are underlings to what quantum-compute could do for the world.
This is the first time I mildly feel acceptance of the government taking direct ownership stake in public companies. It’s also a sign that compute infra is becoming a basic human need in modern civilization. As much as energy.
