First time I’m not updating my model on certain tools/projects because Opus 4.8 is more than good for that level of usage. We’ve reached a turning point in intelligence and it’s been ~2yrs since we’ve had the “OMG moment”* of intelligence. Me not changing models is the beginning of the market shifting to supply side. *I refer to this moment around mid-2024, it felt like it began making sense, to many, what all is possible under a new ai paradigm. supply began getting sucked up really fast, ever since, we’ve been on a full demand side market.
