Wrote a tangential thought to a founder friend couple weeks ago. The main change in my own thinking is not so much that it should be built from the beginning because you may lose sight of the actual product too quickly.
I think this is where the first time, second time founder saying touches. Except every new product has a first time, second time founder phase.
