Spent some time thinking about the whole @pmarca “introspection debacle” and I came away with this conclusion.
In a battle for attention, it’s better to be heard than right or wrong. Strategically, you want to say thought provoking things and it’s only our insecurities that prevents us from doing so. Pmarca doesn’t seem insecure and seems more interested in a debate to surface dissent than consensus.
It’s a great strategy for building net novel things and how you topple kingdoms.
