Apparently, this is  a general issue on Union Testent.
Check and make sure that you reconnect your wallet to track XION achievements on the Union dashboard.

9/ To connect your XION address to the dashboard:

1. Go to https://t.co/woBU542dmw
2. Click Add Wallet
3. Click the Cosmos wallet option (Keplr or Leap)
4. All chains should be automatically checked. If so, click Continue
5. Click Verify Wallet
6. Approve the tx in your wallet https://t.co/Hq2j63LtWr

Reminder to reconnect your wallet to track XION achievements on the Union dashboard.

Head to the wallet settings, re-add your Cosmos wallet (Keplr/Leap), and verify. Takes 10 seconds.
