How often do you post your life, what you do, eat, places you visit, etc.?
I stopped doing that ages ago. Since Facebook messed up, that was a wake up call. We are being harvested. Our life, our memories, become someone else's gold pot.
Now with AI, harvesting identity becomes easier for big companies. Some people don't care, and all they want is the attention they get from it.
It's a culture that has spread globally, and benefits a few.
It's like a constant competition, where none of the participants win; or rarely win. We have all seen our favourite creators, YouTubers, etc, showing how much they actually earn, right?
In a way, this is how I see Zora being different. Anything you post there, you get rewarded and supported by your followers. However, there's controversy too with creator coins, and there is also the fact that AI can still be used to fetch your photos, media, etc.
In the end, what matters is what the next generation does. It depends on the next generation of parents. Having declining birth rates actually says a lot about our current "culture". But who knows, maybe AI will fix that natality problem for the next generations to come.
