We all likely pay for monthly subscriptions that drain our net worth. AI subscriptions, TV entertainment, music, etc.
I started paying monthly, and cancelling when I decide not to use the service.
What if we simply build exactly what we need?
We really don't need or use most of the features we are offered.
Here are some of the things I pay for that I really don't need:
- TV subscription
- Mac utilities
- Apple storage
Other subscriptions I find useful and use regularly:
- Finance management
- Transport
- High-speed internet (essential for remote work/entertainment)
- Password manager (security critical)
- VPN if you regularly use public Wi-Fi
- Pro version of apps you use daily for work
What are some subscriptions you are aware are draining your wallet?
