In the long run, if organisations focus on improving their systems, app, etc., they will have more time to allocate for working smarter, and less need for heroic efforts, to solve problems by working hard. Putting too much effort into working harder, with more hours, is going to burn out employees and money. Have you ever faced a situation like this at work?
