Last couple of days, focused on recovering sleep. Sleep debt is a real thing, and staying up extra hours at night, might have seemed productive, but it causes more harm long term. 8+ hours of sleep is not a myth, it's freaking real. Waking up at 9:30, Whoop wakes me up earlier if I'm fully recovered
