What do you mean you do cardio now bro? We could just go for a run or walk, how could you do this to me? 😹 On another note, cardio is really important for your heart rate. Do you do your cardio before or after lifting? High intensity or Low intensity? Lemme know what you’re training for

Always prioritize the lifting over the running. I either run 12 hours before a lift, or after a lift. but definitely not right before (unless its like < 10 mins run)
