No - but by using a DAO LLC you have the ability to have a legal entity that is legally governed by a smart contract.

OtoCo is cool bc you can launch quick, but it is not a DAO LLC, it's an RMI Series LLC, which has it's own considerations. Feel free to read more here, we have a pretty comprehensive set of docs: https://docs.midao.org/the-marshall-islands-rmi-dao-llc/the-marshall-islands-rmi-dao-llc-vs.-other-jurisdictions-and-legal-forms

They have Wyoming llc as well, which is also series. I couldn’t find any reason that a series llc is meaningfully different than a standard llc. Will read this as well since I have no understanding of Marshall Islands differences

The commingling of assets and limited legal precedents are the main differentiators, IMO. https://www.wolterskluwer.com/en/expert-insights/the-series-llc-an-organizational-structure-that-can-help-mitigate-risk
