Inspired by what Jiang Hu said, I’ve decided to write something every day. Today I’ll talk about the two books I’ve been reading recently.One is Game of Money by Dr. Shan Weijian. I read half of it before—it’s written in great detail and gives a good glimpse into the complexities behind PE deals. As someone who’s worked in finance and been involved in similar transactions, I can really relate. But the parts describing the deal progression feel a bit lengthy and drag on.The other one is Roadmap to Property Success by New Zealand property investor Steve Goodey. I’m interested in this field and work in real estate, but I don’t know the NZ market well enough, so I hope to quickly learn from the experiences and lessons in this book. I’ve read about one-fifth so far—the logic is fairly clear and it’s quite practical. Looking forward to the rest of it.
