Inspired by what Jiang Hu said, I’ve decided to write something every day. Today I’ll talk about the two books I’ve been reading recently.One is Game of Money by Dr. Shan Weijian. I read half of it before—it’s written in great detail and gives a good glimpse into the complexities behind PE deals. As someone who’s worked in finance and been involved in similar transactions, I can really relate. But the parts describing the deal progression feel a bit lengthy and drag on.The other one is Roadmap to Property Success by New Zealand property investor Steve Goodey. I’m interested in this field and work in real estate, but I don’t know the NZ market well enough, so I hope to quickly learn from the experiences and lessons in this book. I’ve read about one-fifth so far—the logic is fairly clear and it’s quite practical. Looking forward to the rest of it.

受姜胡说的启发决定每天写点东西，今天来聊聊最近在读的两本书，一本书是单伟健博士的《金钱博弈》，之前读过一半，写的挺细致的，可以一窥PE交易背后的复杂，作为有过类似交易的金融从业者，可以感同身受，读到中间交易推进的过程还是觉得有点冗长；另一本是新西兰房地产投资者Steve Goodey写的《Roadmap to Property Success》，因为我对这一领域有兴趣，又从事地产行业，不过对新西兰市场了解不够，因此希望通过这本书快速学习经验和教训，目前读了5分之一，写的逻辑算清晰，实操性比较强，期待后面的内容
