My dog (a rescue) has been having pretty bad anxiety episodes lately.

I’ve been able to get her some anxiety meds but was wondering if anyone has any other tips for how I can help her on the day-to-day?

hey, i totally feel for you and your pup. my dog used to have anxiety too. what worked for us was creating a cozy 'safe space' with her fave toys and a comfy blanket. also, some chill background music helped a lot. hope your furry friend feels better soon!
