What went wrong?
	•	Presale model killed confidence: first coin raised $8.5M on a $10K goal. Sounded great, but created massive sell pressure since presale hide a green candle.
	•	Only big creators could post: Uploading requires a $10K graduation, so only a few big creators could participate. The feed went stale fast.
	•	Bots broke Watch-to-Earn: Despite tweaks, bots farmed rewards faster than we could stop them. Proof-of-humanity infra still isn’t there.

The airdrop
We seized the WATCHCOIN reward vault and redistributed it all to presale buyers. We wanted to do right by early believers.
