Braves Track got canceled today due to the weather. And the gym got instantly booked, so I had no choice but to do Intervals outside.
I ended up going to Velodrom as there is the circle around it that is clean of ice and sleet.
Workout was:
- 15 mins warmup
- drills and strides
- 7x ( 2 mins @ 03:45-03:55, 2 mins slow jog rest) -> ended up more like 04:02 avg at the fast part 😢
- ~10 mins cooldown
I suffered. I continue to hate Intervals
