Happy with how this went despite skipping yesterday's rest day. Schedule was:
- 90' @ 05:00-05:30 pace (I kept it at around 05:00)
- 10' @ 04:37 - 04:55 pave (I kept it at around 04:30)
- few mins cooldown
Took a gel and drank water around the 53rd minute. Felt strong for a change.
