2x12 FatMax again. This time I did this much slower and closer to the prescribed pace. I hope Lukasz likes it 🫡. Garmin hated it. Told me I suck. Minus a gazillion performance points. Despite that it felt much better than yesterday during the run. Workout was - 10 mins warmup @ 05:53-06:09 - 2x (12 mins 05:00 - 05:07, 4 mins @ 05:31 - 05:44) - 10 mins cooldown @ 05:55
