2x12 FatMax again. This time I did this much slower and closer to the prescribed pace. I hope Lukasz likes it 🫡. Garmin hated it. Told me I suck. Minus a gazillion performance points. Despite that it felt much better than yesterday during the run.

- 10 mins cooldown @ 05:55
