Satoshi Nakamoto is a nickname attributed to the creator of Bitcoin. Nakamoto created Bitcoin in 2009. Earlier this year and in 2008, he published a nine-page file introducing Bitcoin. The absence of identity details and personal information from Nakamoto has made it impossible to know his true identity.
