Nothing like “omg I almost got run over by a jet ski” or “omg jelly fish” to keep things exciting.🤣🤣🤣 can also invite oneself to one of the many junk boat parties along the way to break up any monotony!

No device advice, but open water swimming with a group makes long distance swimming doable for me. There’s a group that meets every Saturday at one of several beaches in HK and then does a 3-5km swim usually from one beach to another and back. Good company & ever changing marine environment keeps it entertaining.

It says it will only send me push notifications if someone mentions me or sending me a direct cast…in reality it sends me a notification multiple times a day to tell me I have 10 followers. https://i.imgur.com/EhYq379.jpg
