Our mayor invited me to a meeting to discuss Blue Zone certification for the town. I said I believe it’d be a waste of money and time that only benefits the certifying body. Our town has a deficit to fix first. Perhaps I’m judging harshly. Does anyone here know about this? Or live in a “Blue Zone Community®”?

Yes! One of the restaurant owners in town talked about this cookbook. Part of the certification projects include encouraging restaurants to create “blue zone” healthy options in their menus. Do you have any favorite recipes from there? Would love to see them in /recipes if you haven’t shared already.
