you probably don’t think about liquidity enough // it is what it is  // build value, not valuation

agree - no pure recipe,  but something important to reflect on

hmmm i guess…

perfect processes + mediocre team = you win
perfect team + bad processes = you lose

perfect market + bad team = coin flip
perfect team + bad market = you lose

bunch of ways to spin this; it's a good thing for early founders to reflect on

was hoping people would start extending this...

to push back a little – if the "idea" includes "being in the correct, exploding market", pmarca may argue that you can win there with mediocre execution (if "execution" is an extension of "team")
