mostly true unless they have dedicated platform, R&D or other services 

it’s all just returns at the end of the day

you probably don’t think about liquidity enough // it is what it is  // build value, not valuation

Even r&d is portco constrained

And again, if ur outsourcing ur r&d, wtf r u doing internally that's more important

The name brand sometimes makes a difference for further deal flow. 

There is also “smart money” vs “dumb money”. Got to be careful of the latter.
