I saw someone say that the SEC has started cracking down on staking services. Several LSD protocols have received inquiry letters asking for the disclosure of node operators' geographic distribution. Lido quickly removed its front-end page for US IP access. Rocket Pool launched a decentralized obfuscation tool to randomly generate node identity metadata. One lawyer commented that the SEC is playing a blockchain version of whack-a-mole.๐ ๐
