Recently GMX V1 on Arbitrum One was exploited using a flash loan and re-entrency vulnerability. The hacker, who turned out to be a white hat after returning the majority of funds minus the bounty amount ($5m), used GLP and messed with the price of Bitcoin to carry out the attack. Fortunately this didn't happen on V2 but still goes to show the risks of using smart contracts on EVM chains.
