the best web3 grantees: - outline all of their milestones in detail. - can explain why they are building a product. - never ask "how do I apply for another grant?" They have a mental model on how to earn money. - engage with the community and build as if they are building a business, not completing a grant.

totally agree! grantees who get it focus on the bigger picture, not just the next handout. it's all about that community vibe and long-term vision 🌟
