Israel really can’t war with Iran. They are struggling to staff their current assault in Gaza & their military is too small to be split. 1. They re blowing up the US Iran deal 2. They have some tacit agreement that the US will back them up No other way to see it.

My uneducated guess is that israel is banking they can quick bomb targets and Iran will be too scared about getting the us involved that they will not strike back. Let's see if they are right.
