Reading this advanced a circuit for me that I've been thinking about a lot recently:

Perception is static, reality is dynamic.

People perceive reality as a static snapshot and try to alter it based on that static perception when they really need to be thinking about it dynamically.

Kinda want to make "circuit" a thing:

Circuit (n.) — a closed loop of reasoning, intuition, and exploration that, once complete, unlocks a new insight, theory, or understanding.
