what’s the longest amount of time you will give before assuming someone is a no show? (on zoom, google meets, etc)

As I leave my phone behind more and more as I go out, the more I realize how liquid plans are with other people. 

A quick "meet here instead" or "15 minutes late" through text is the norm. 

Not a big deal when you have your phone, quite impactful when you don't.
