I'm a pour over dude taking my sweet time every morning measuring shit out and getting my ratio right lol. I feel ya!

I have a subscription so that they're freshly roasted and I also measure shit out but I'm an espresso plus steamed milk guy cuz I like to make some art and then drink it. But I used to be a Japanese pour over and I have the whole kit and caboodle. Fancy teapot, fancy cone, the whole deal. For me nowadays, it's all about the freshness of the beans and from there the grind, but not necessarily the machine. I went for the espresso because it's supposed to be less acidic and I have a problem with too much acid 😂

😝 for sure it's always about fresh beans and grind. I don't think that changes.
