It feels like it has finally come full circle. 🙏 I started working on what became Tunnl 4 years ago… That was before I had ever written a single line of JavaScript. But when I first learned what smart contracts were, I immediately saw the potential of using them to facilitate agreements, especially for influencer marketing. When I was running my eCommerce business, I saw how powerful influencer marketing could be, but I knew how difficult it was for small businesses like mine due to the lack of trust. Creators demanded upfront payments, which is a risk I was unwilling to take. What if there was a way to guarantee creators would be paid only after they posted the required content? While smart contracts solve the problem of escrowing funds, they had no access to the internet and could not fetch or verify social media content.

I agree. When I decided to transition into Web3, smart contracts where the catalyst. This is a great use case.
