If you are focusing on follower count, you are doing it wrong. 🙅♂️ Pay attention to metrics that actually matter... ➜ Are your followers just liking your posts, or have they tried your product? ➜ If they try your product, have they used the core functionality? ➜ If they have used the core functionality, are they coming back? Build metrics and analytics into your product to track these key metrics. ⚠️ If you don't, you are at high risk of building something that no one wants.
