Today is Thursday 🔥 Time to learn something unknown, let's go🔥. Let's talk about 'The Dancing Plague of 1518' In July 1518, in a city called Strasbourg (now in France) was struck by one of the strangest events in recorded history which was called the 'dancing plague'. It began when a woman named Frau Troffea went into the street and began dancing uncontrollably. She danced for hours and then days. People thought it was a performance they really don't know what was coming until she collapsed from exhaustion then got up and kept dancing. Like who dance for days? Within a week over 30 people joined her dancing. Within a month there were 400 dancers, many of them danced to their deaths which was from stroke, heart attack, or exhaustion. Till today nobody know the real cause maybe it was hallucination, mental issue or drugs. Lesson: don't dance too much ðŸ«
