what’s the best way to reach out for support?

I think that's too late now, the only way to claim is :
1- Import your Warpcast seed phrase into a wallet (I use Rabby that allows multiple software wallets)
2- Sent some base ETH to said wallet, on Base
3- Claim (or give 100%)

I didn't claim mine because the pain was too high for a 20USD airdrop. I hope 100% of my allocation will be redistributed

You need to use your Farcaster Custody Address to claim...
And the claim is not gasless so you need some Base ETH on your custody wallet :-/

This 'import FC wallet workaround' shouldn't suppose to be the solution imo

I already tagged @macedo a few times but he didn't answered.

Try reaching out to Farcaster support directly

yes, it's the same solution of exporting seed phrase.
