So many questions! What is your arms day routine? I’ve always avoided (but admittedly I’ve got a tip arms). Sprints same day as lifting?

I use this coaching app called Ladder so it varies but yesterday was mostly accessory lifts, bunch of different curls Did a little cardio finisher alternating jogging and all-out sprints, was dead by the end I usually do 30-60 mins of zone 2 uphill walking after lifting if I have the time to burn some extra fat
