I wad reading this tweet and the replies today and realised that while we are improving UX in general. If a person who is not crypto native tries to use apps or navigate websites, they will find it difficult. 

A lot of companies miss on listing things in navigation bar or footer. There are no ways to contact them. 

And I agree that it is easier said than done but isn’t it something we all should focus on to? 

I’d love to know if you have thoughts about it or if you work in product design or UX - how does this work? how can we make it better?
