Every time we hope the world has learned something, we wake up to the same headlines! 
How much more do we have to see before we realize that violence solves nothing?
We live in a world more connected than ever yet somehow, we still fail to understand each other. We speak of peace, but act in fear. We build walls, not bridges.
Why can’t we just live in peace? Why is calm always temporary? What will it take for us to finally put down weapons and truly listen?
Just peace. Real peace

It’s painfully true that we build walls instead of bridges. 

Lately, I’ve noticed how globalization’s momentum stalled in the 20th century—now nations drift apart, hyper-focused on internal struggles over shared humanity. 

Like all things, this trend will likely reverse eventually. I just wish we’d realize sooner that what unites us far outweighs what divides us
