I'm really bad at posting on farcaster - i don't know how to cast into groups and my casts get pretty much no visibility. How can I improve this? There's a wave of new features coming to Yield Seeker and I really wanna be casting into the right places. How can I get help here?

Do i just put / and the channel name to cast into a channel? sorry such a n00b question but i've tried this and i cant tell if its working or not. do i have to be accepted as a member of the channel?

yeah to cast in some channels you have to be member try /replyguys once
