Unfortunately this behaviour is not rewarded. The mantra if you want to acquire followers (and this clout and potential financial reward is cast cast cast) same holds true for Twitter.

Hell, now with Airdrops on FC the size and number of airdrops you receive may be directly related to your level of activity and/or followers. And no platform is ever going to incentivise less engagement.
