Appreciation 06/12/26 Korean fine dining - I never thought I’d ever say this but today I went to my first fine dining Korean restaurant and it was a really pleasant experience! I really appreciate how the chef used traditional Korean ingredients and transformed the dishes into these fantastic dishes. This one in particular was incredible. The pork collar (so moist and tender) with the fermented soybean paste served with the side of veggies was absolutely delicious! I’m 100% cooking back! Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 721!
