Appreciation 08/01/26 Eggs Benedict - I tried a new brunch spot called Solé near my cousins house and they served the most delicious eggs Benedict I’ve had in recent memory. The eggs are golden and runny, poached to perfection and the peameal bacon it was served with wasn’t too fatty and had the good amount of seasoning. I appreciate eggs Benedict for being such a wonderful brunch option and how delicious hollandaise sauce is with the bacon and eggs! Black coffee for the win too!
