Appreciation 05/07/26 Chicken adobo bao - I had some leftover baos from dim sum I had a couple of days ago and also some leftover chicken adobo. I figured I didn’t want to waste any of the food and so I ended up putting them together with some coleslaw and it turned out to be a really good meal! The sweet chicken adobo paired really nicely with the coleslaw and the addition of toasted sesame seeds was excellent! I appreciate how Asian food from different cultures are so compatible and they often taste great together! Fusion at its finest!
