Apprecation 05/05/26 Puerto Rican Plantain Sandwich - Today I tried a new type of sandwich called a jibarito! Instead of bread, plantains are used to incase the sandwich. I got the chicken and it came encased in melted cheese with lettuce, onion and a special aioli sauce. I really appreciated how the plantains added another texture and flavour to the sandwich. The sandwich itself was 10/10 and it made me think that I can probably live without bread for a little bit, if food is as good as this! Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 683!
