Appreciation 03/15/26 Taiwanese beef noodle soup - I was alone today for lunch and so I decided to grab some lunch a local Taiwanese restaurant that serves the best noodle soup. I appreciate how this bowl comes with different cuts of meat, including brisket, tripe and tendons. I love the textures and how they absorb the flavour of the soup! The chewy texture of the noodles is an added bonus! Of course I had em add chilli flake/oil to kick it up a notch! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 632!
