I went to the annual Mapo Tofu Festival again this year! Each vendor had their own unique take, but the one that stood out the most for me was the version made with seared lamb. The aroma and richness of flavor were absolutely incredible. It was easily my favorite this time.๐

Usually it is served with rice. This time, there was a lot, so I enjoyed it without rice.
