There are no fees to Merkle if you build your own client that supports sign ups.

I thought they *do* go to you, you just havent decided how to distribute them yet? In an ideal world it goes to clients onboarding users or nodes serving hub data. https://warpcast.com/dwr.eth/0xcf634049

1. They are in a multi-sig that hasn't been moved with no plans to move. 2. How do you prevent spammers from creating a client and then just collecting the fees as a discount to signing up, lowering the cost of spam. 3. We have too many Hubs right now. Also no way to prove you were running a full version of a Hub and serving requests properly.
