Tron's merging with SRM Entertainment to go public as Tron Inc, brokered by Dominari Securities. Eric Trump denied involvement in the new company, but both Trump sons are linked to Dominari. They joined Dominari Holdings' advisory board, based in Trump Tower, and got 750K shares worth $3M. More shares could come if milestones are hit. No comments from the Trumps or Dominari.
